How to buy through SABIS

Four steps from the cart to a paid invoice. You can print this guide and keep it next to your computer.

Choose your supplies
- Next to the item you want, press Add to Cart.
- Once you have everything, open the cart and press Checkout.

Enter your institution
- At checkout, choose For educational institutions.
- Type the institution's name or company code and pick your institution from the list. The address fills in by itself.
- Add a contact person and the delivery address.
Can't find your institution? Press Enter manually and type in its name and company code.

Place the order
- Under “How will you pay?”, Public institution — e-invoice via SABIS must be selected. It is already selected for you.
- Press Place order. No card needed.
- We'll email you to confirm we've received the order.

Pay through SABIS
- We review the order and submit the invoice to SABIS.
- You'll find the invoice in your institution's SABIS account.
- Pay it by bank transfer using the details on the invoice.
