Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs clearance).
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. If a parcel is lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected].
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at [email protected] before the withdrawal period expires. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund the purchase price and standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Digital content delivered and activated with your prior consent.
- Personalised or custom-made goods.
- Perishable goods.
- Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
8. Returns and Refunds
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund an amount for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected]. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent.
9. Statutory Warranty
We are legally required to deliver goods that conform to the contract. If goods are defective, you have statutory rights including repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with applicable law (in particular, the EU Sale of Goods Directive 2019/771 as implemented in your country).
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
